Alexis Chamow, Founder & Principal

A of All Arts, Inc. was founded by Alexis Chamow in March of 2007. At the time, Alexis was directing, producing, facilitating, teaching and running education programs for non-profit theatres in Los Angeles and around the country. After receiving her Coach certification through the Center for Nonprofit Management in Los Angeles, and her PCC accreditation through the International Coach Federation, she merged skills acquired in the performing arts with coaching competencies, and pivoted her practice to performance coaching.

Over time, that work expanded into broader executive and team coaching, as well as event facilitation and program development. Now, A of All Arts brings artists and coaches together project by project, and works with both individuals and institutions in a variety of areas related to leadership and communication.
