What We Do

In Coach Supervision, we collaborate to build a reflective space where Coach and Supervisor thought-partner around the normative, formative and restorative functions of coaching. For accomplished providers in the field, committed to their own professional development, we offer Coach Supervision as a space to share and reflect on successes, failures and all that comes up in between.

Why We Do It

On the path to mastery, having our own space for reflection becomes essential. Through Supervision, we stay at the top of our game by being intentional with how and why we do what we do. Living with a growth mindset requires us to constantly be at our learning edge. Supervision is a kind of boundary between what is known and what is unknown; and when we enter the Supervision space, we’re toggling back and forth between those. What we’ve lived, and what we’re learning from it, comes front and center as we partner with a colleague to explore our work, and the ideas we have around it.

How We Do It

Coach Supervision sessions either focus on a specific client case, or a thematic area of coaching that wants to be explored. We link theory, practice and reflection in a mutual exploration of what comes up in our field as we live our day-to-day lives in the profession. We define the space in each Supervision scenario - sometimes with outcomes, sometimes simply as a space to be quiet, and thoughtful, together. At its core, we are meeting to create a reflective moment where we can review, process and identify process and impact in our work.
